1. Where are you based and where will the goods be shipped from?
-We are based in Guangzhou, China. The products are shipped from our Guangzhou factory to worldwide customers of the below countries by UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc express shipping.

* We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. When will you ship out the goods after I place the order?
Usually, we will pack and ship out in-stock products in 3~5 days after receiving your order. Currently, you are able to receive them in 7~15 days after shipping.
4. Can I order samples to check size and quality before ordering bulk?
Yes, you can contact us to request a custom sample that you are interested in. Usually, we can send free in-stock samples if you are willing to pay the international shipping cost. In-stock sample request page
5. What’s the minimum order of customized paper packaging?
For custom paper boxes, rigid boxes, and custom paper shopping bags, the general minimum order quantity is 300pcs per size per color, For custom cardboard tubes, our general minimum is 1000pcs per size.
6. What’s the production time of customized paper packaging?
For custom paper packaging, a sample usually takes 5~7 days, it will be longer if the finish is complicated. Custom packaging mass order production usually takes 10~15 days.
7. Can I place an order with a PayPal account? Can I wire transfer the funds to your company?
Yes, if you don’t want to transfer the money through PayPal, you can wire transfer the funds for your order to our bank account after contact with our sales, and send the bank slip/receipt after your transfer. You can also contact us to request a Proforma Invoice from us for the payment.
